1. Order Processing Time

Our team will complete order verification, product inspection and secure packaging for all paid and confirmed orders within 1 to 3 working days. Order processing is paused during New Zealand local weekends and national public holidays, which are not included in the standard processing period. During busy promotional cycles and high-order-volume periods, processing schedules may be moderately extended. We will actively notify customers via email once obvious delivery delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package weight, size and shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
All orders adopt standard shipping service, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days.
All delivery durations are approximate references only. Actual delivery progress may be affected by logistics carrier scheduling, cross-border customs review, extreme weather, regional logistical restrictions and other uncontrollable external factors.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your bag order is picked up and officially dispatched by our logistics partner, our system will send you an automatic shipment confirmation email, which contains your exclusive tracking number and official tracking query channel.
Logistics tracking data requires a short synchronization period. Normally, tracking status and transit details will be available for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after shipment. If the tracking information cannot be updated normally after the synchronization window, you may contact our customer service team for manual checking.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers must ensure that the shipping address, recipient information and contact details filled in at checkout are accurate and complete. Please double-check all information before submitting your order to avoid logistics errors.
ANA KOKSHOORN shall not bear any responsibility for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to address mistakes, customers are required to bear the corresponding reshipping fees for secondary delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is suspected or confirmed lost during transit, please submit a consultation and loss application to our customer service team within 5 days after the expected delivery date. We will fully cooperate with the logistics company to investigate the transit record and follow up on the solution progress.
Bag products may suffer extrusion, wear or structural damage during long-distance transportation. If you receive damaged, scratched or defective items, please take complete and clear photos of the damaged products and original packaging within 24 hours after receiving the goods. After you submit valid evidence, our team will conduct a professional review and provide a targeted after-sales solution as soon as possible.

6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice

Each bag product is attached with professional care guidelines tailored to different materials, including leather, canvas, nylon and fabric materials. Customers shall use, clean and maintain the products strictly in accordance with official care instructions. We do not undertake liability for product damage, deformation, fading or performance degradation caused by improper cleaning, private modification, unsuitable storage and artificial misuse.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

We support global cross-border shipping services for all bag products. For international orders, the destination country may impose import tariffs, customs clearance fees and other related import taxes according to local trade policies.
All customs fees and import charges are borne by the customer independently and are not included in the product price and shipping fees. We are not responsible for package detention, clearance failure or return caused by customers’ non-compliance with local customs declaration regulations.
